Anna Scavuzzo holds a master degree in Physics. She worked in the field of applied computer technologies – social networks, public administration, networking, distance education – in a large publishing group and taught in several high schools in Milan and its metropolitan area.
She is currently Vice Mayor of the City of Milan and Deputy Mayor for Education. In April 2017 she was appointed Food Policy Coordinator by the Mayor.
She is Full Professor at the Department of Management (Ca’ Foscari University of Venice) where she contributed to the sustainability profile of Ca’ Foscari, as Dean Delegate to Environmental Sustainability and Social Responsibility from 2009 to 2014.
